Welcome to Infrastructure Week 2017: Check the Calendar for Events Near You

Posted by Infra on Monday, May 15th, 2017

Infrastructure Week 2017Happening NOW through Friday (not including post-events), Infrastructure Week 2017 is a nationwide initiative involving over 280 organizations and over 70 separate events.

Infrastructure Week is a national week of education and advocacy that brings together American businesses, workers, elected leaders, and everyday citizens around one message: It’s #TimeToBuild. From May 15-19, leaders and citizens around America will highlight state of our nation’s infrastructure – roads, bridges, rail, ports, airports, water and sewer systems, the energy grid, and more – and encourage policymakers to invest in the projects, technologies, and policies necessary to make America competitive, prosperous, and safe.

Agencies, organizations, businesses and advocates are hosting Infrastructure Week events around the country, from Washington, DC to Los Angeles (and everywhere in between). Check the calendar to find out how you can learn about the issues, participate in discussions and MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD by attending an event near you.

It’s #TimeToBuild across the United States. Let’s get to work!

Dear Friends,

It is encouraging to finally see clear signs of federal action to support a comprehensive US infrastructure investment plan.

Now more than ever, our advocacy is needed to keep stakeholders informed and connected, and to hold politicians to their promises to finally fix our nation’s ailing infrastructure.

We have already engaged nearly 280,000 users, and hoping to add many more as interest continues to grow.

We require your support in order to rise to this occasion, to make the most of this opportunity. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to InfrastructureUSA.org.
