Chicago, IL: Cycling the New Bloomingdale Trail

Posted by Infra on Thursday, June 18th, 2015

Take a ride on the Bloomingdale Trail from the western trailhead at Ridgeway Avenue in Humboldt Park to the eastern trailhead at Walsh Park in Bucktown. Music by Jaspertine, “Good Night and Good Luck” from CC Mixter’s Dig.

About this bike ride:

About the trail’s Saturday, June 6, 2015, opening on Streetsblog Chicago:

How I made such a smooth video: Key factors were the strong Calumet Photo mount attached to the bicycle frame (and not the handlebar or steering), an f16 aperture setting, medium wide bike tires, the Bloomingdale Trail’s super smooth pavement, and the camera’s image stabilized lens.
