Nevada DOT: Introducing the Stormwater Division

The Nevada Department of Transportation has always had an Environmental Division, and with our continued commitment to keeping our waters clean, we now have a dedicated stormwater division.

David Gaskin, NDOT’s newly appointed Deputy Director for the Stormwater Division, brings over 22 years of experience in managing environmental programs.

Division Chief, Alan Tinney is responsible for assisting the Deputy Director in the oversight of NDOT’s stormwater program. He brings over 25 years of experience overseeing federally delegated environmental laws.

Kim Smith, public information officer with NDOT will be working with the Stormwater Team developing a communication, education and outreach program.
