Pennsylvania’s largest solar farm is taking shape in Lancaster County. By the time the field of solar panels begins producing electricity, 20,702 panels will be in place, each about 3 feet by 5 feet, covering some 30 acres.

I’m proud of my home-county. It’s a fun thought that a county known for its Amish can yet be so progressive.
