Elmhurst, IL: Highway Work Installing Reflectors

Posted by Infra on Tuesday, November 13th, 2012

This is a quick look at how a highway repair crew installs those reflectors in the pavement. The first truck has a grinder and vacuum. The second truck has a pair of guys who drop the reflectors into the holes. The last truck, the pick up, is for safety so nobody plows into the reflector guys. This video was recorded along Illinois State Highway 56, Butterfield Road, in Elmhurst Illinois. – on YouTube.
