Context sensitive solutions (CSS) is a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach that involves all stakeholders in providing a transportation facility that fits its setting. The Federal Highway Administration, along with the Project for Public Spaces and the Street Plans Collaborative, selected Denver to be one of four CSS Champions, and receive technical assistance in applying the CSS approach to create a vision that meet’s the right transportation needs for the corridor, while catalyzing the transformation of Brighton Boulevard with short, medium, and long-term steps.
