“Togo” the tunnel boring machine finished its two-mile trip from UW to Cap Hill! This tunneling project is part of Sound Transit’s University Link light rail project. This project extends Link light rail service from downtown Seattle to Capitol Hill and the University of Washington. – SoundTransit on YouTube
