Caltrans: Building More Than Just Highways in California

In this Caltrans News Flash, spokesperson Angela DaPrato interviews bike commuter Becky Garrow and Caltrans Active Transportation Plan Program Project Manager Teresa McWilliam about how the department and local communities are partnering up to increase transportation options that encourage physical activities such as bicycling and walking.
